About us

I am Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TAV VACUUM FURNACES, which I helped to found in 1984 and in which I have always held the role of Member of the Board. I have a mechanical background, and I grew professionally in the heat treatment sector managing companies such as Soliveri and Vacuum, founded by my father. I have thirty years of experience in the world of high temperatures gained thanks to the work done with Nicro in the mechanical field and with Thermocast in castings.
TAV VACUUM FURNACES is technological excellence, which we aim both at taking to a higher level in the engineering, commercial and research fields, and at becoming an absolute sector reference.

I am the Executive Officer in charge of Business strategies and R&D of TAV VACUUM FURNACES, which I helped to found in 1984 and in which I also held the role of Chairman of the Board. I have a metallurgical professional training, I worked for years in the Alfa Romeo Quality Laboratory and later I managed one of the first contractor companies in Italy for vacuum heat treatments. These experiences have been useful to me to develop the company commercially, expanding the use of vacuum furnaces both in innovative industrial fields and in international markets.
Today TAV VACUUM FURNACES is a reality of which we are proud and which I intend to further develop, tackling the most advanced technologies and occupying traditional and emerging markets with a competent and widespread presence.

Graduated at Politecnico of Milan in Material Engineering after an experience in automotive industry, I have been employed in TAV VACUUM FURNACES covering different positions: mechanical designer, responsible of mechanical department, production manager. After that, as President at Furnacare I spent two years of experience focusing on American market. Finally, I joined back TAV VACUUM FURNACES holding the position of General Manager, always developing my knowledge in mechanics, materials and new technologies in the field of vacuum furnaces.

After graduating in Software Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, I started working as an automation engineer at TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 1996. Here I have had the opportunity to grow professionally by facing different challenges. I have learnt a lot about furnaces from my everyday work in the design and testing department and I can still learn something new from all the projects we develop.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, I had different experiences in various fields – work safety, ionizing radiations, design of small photovoltaic systems. I joined the team of TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 2007. After a short experience as a Project Manager in the commercial department, I was appointed EMEA Sales Manager and Key Account Manager. In 2015 I assumed responsibility for global sales as Chief Sales Officer.

I studied to become an Accounting and Commercial Expert. After several experiences in auditing companies as an accountant, I was appointed Finance and Administration Manager. I have been hired on the basis of my experience and expertise by TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 1998. Here, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), I have the opportunity to learn something new every day and fully use my skills and abilities.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico of Milan, I joined TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 2008 as a mechanical designer. I gained my experience working on innovative and challenging projects, assisted by highly professional colleagues. Thanks to acquired experience and positive environment, I grew professionally becoming Head of Mechanical Design in 2010 and Production Manager in 2017.

I graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of Bergamo, working as a software analyst in the CAD/CAM field during my studies, before joining TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 2011 as an automation engineer. The highly professional environment, together with my natural curiosity for technology, has enabled me to tackle the most complex projects and continually increase my interdisciplinary skills, becoming Automation Manager in 2012 and Technical Director in 2018.

Graduated in Automation Engineering at the Politecnico di Milan, I started my professional career in TAV VACUUM FURNACES in 2011. The strong enthusiasm and interest in the continuous improvement of the product allowed me to assume a responsibility role in the Quality Control area in 2013 and subsequently also in the field of Technical Assistance. Thanks to the experience gained and the collaboration with a highly qualified team, I took on the role of Director in 2018.
